Tracks Supply sends out a yearly product catalog, mailing lists are pulled from our customer database.

REFUND POLICY

Tracks Supply offers a 30 day money back guarantee on online purchases. Products being returned must be in new condition with their original packaging. Closeout/bargain bin/scratch and dent products are final sales and are not eligible for returns. Special ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturer’s defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

At Tracks Supply, our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible and with complete accuracy. In-stock orders usually ship within one business day unless we are extremely busy or your order needs customization. All regular orders are sent via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S. Postal service. We ship your order via the carrier that will provide you the best service. If you have a preference, please let us know!

Our RUSH Delivery Service

At Tracks Supply we understand sometimes you need your order immediately, and we are prepared to do everything possible to make it happen. We offer first Day Air Express and Next Day Air service throughout the USA. Most orders that fit into our standard size packaging will ship via first Day Air for $30 and Next Day Air for $50.  Orders need to be received before 12pm EST each day to be able to leave that day via expedited shipping. Orders received after 12pm EST will ship the next business day excluding holidays.


International Shipments Outside the USA

Tracks Supply is also able to ship your order worldwide. We have devoted customers in many different countries in all continents, and are experienced in shipping your orders quickly and with minimal hassle. All international orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS-Priority Mail International and actual shipping costs will be added to your order. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost.
